Maintaining Your Viking Cargo Bike
Bikes that are in stock and to be delivered in our local delivery area will be shipped out in 2-7 business days 100% assembled. Our local delivery area includes Vancouver and the Lower Mainland, Squamish and Whistler.
For Bikes shipped outside of our local delivery area, they will be 80% assembled and some minor assembly is required once received. Instructional videos will be provided on how to do the final assembly.
We want you to have the best overall customer experience from the time you place your order to when you receive your new Viking Cargo Bike. It is extremely important upon receiving your bike that you inspect the bike prior to signing for it. Viking Cargo Bikes cannot be accountable for damage within transit. Our priority is to get you your new bike with zero issues so you can enjoy it as soon as possible. Our shipping facility is located in Coquitlam British Columbia and all shipments will be made from this location.
Please note we do not ship to PO Boxes.
Refunds & Returns
Once you place your order for your new bike you have 24 hours to cancel for a full refund. After 24 hours the order is considered confirmed and we will being the process of getting your bike to you. Orders that are confirmed cannot be canceled.
We love our bikes and we hope you do too. If there is something that you have an issue after taking delivery please feel free to reach out to us and we will see how we can make it right. Please note that we cannot be accountable for damage that happens via shipping and that the bike must be inspected prior to signing for the bike. If it is damaged please note it with the carrier.
In the case of a return, all costs for shipping are the responsibility of the customer. Shipping costs are nonrefundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
If your return is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 business days.
